Martín Sabatini

Martin Sabatini is a lead organism engineer at Michroma since November 2022, where expertise in genome-editing technology is applied to develop proprietary strains of filamentous fungi for natural ingredient production. Prior roles include head of research and development in protein technologies at Uovo, where project management and team coordination were essential, and senior researcher at Terragene, focusing on biotech product development under ISO 13485 standards. Martin Sabatini also served as a doctoral fellow at the Molecular and Cell Biology Institute of Rosario, researching metabolic engineering, and has a substantial academic background, including a PhD in Biological Sciences and an MSc in Biotechnology from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
