Ian Block has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Ian started their career as an Artist Management Intern at Brick Wall Management in 2011. Ian then interned at Atlantic Records as a Video Promotion Intern in 2013. Ian also worked as an Artist Management Intern at Red Light Management in 2014 and 2015. Ian gained experience in marketing and brand partnerships as an intern at The FADER and Cornerstone Agency in 2015. Ian worked as an Account Executive at AGW Group from 2016 to 2017. Ian then joined Columbia Records, where they held several roles, including Digital Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Digital Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Ian is the Head of Digital Strategy & Fan Engagement at Mick Management since 2021. Ian also worked as a Digital Consultant for Jazz Is Dead since 2019.

Ian Block attended the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and Entrepreneurship.
