Karen Packard

Karen Packard SHRM-CP serves as the Chapter President of the HR Association of Greater High Point since January 2022, working to engage and develop local HR professionals. In addition, Karen holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Mickey Truck Bodies, providing HR consulting and recruitment support across various roles. Karen's extensive career at U-Haul International spanned over 25 years, culminating in roles such as Manager of Office Operations and Marketing Company President, where significant HR functions and high-stakes business operations were managed. Karen also contributed as a board member for the Bucks County Workforce Investment Board. Academic background includes an Associate's degree from Bucks County Community College and further education from the University of Phoenix and the University of West Florida.
