Jessica Meissner

Jessica Meissner serves as the Director of Special Education & Pupil Personnel Services at North Rose-Wolcott Central School District from October 2023 to June 2024, overseeing the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and coordinating special education services. Previous experience includes teaching deaf and hard of hearing students at Canandaigua City School District, as well as administrative roles such as Principal at Genesee Valley Educational Partnership and Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Rochester School for the Deaf. Jessica has held various teaching positions within Lyons Central School District and served as an ASL Adjunct Professor at Finger Lakes Community College. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport, a Master of Science in Deaf Education from Canisius University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Bowling Green State University.
