Siti Aisyah

Siti Aisyah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, customer success, and education. Currently serving as an Account Manager at MicroBenefits since July 2018, Siti Aisyah focuses on enhancing the livelihoods of frontline workers and generating cost savings for employers. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager, LPDP Scholarship Awardee for a master's program funded by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, and Sales and Marketing Specialist at ELC Education Balikpapan, where Siti Aisyah transitioned from an English teacher to overseeing marketing strategies. Earlier career experiences include an HRO Assistant role at Total and a creative role at Televisi Republik Indonesia. Siti Aisyah holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership & Policy from the University of Rochester and a degree in English Teacher Training and Education from Universitas Mulawarman.
