Jason Shao

Jason Shao's work experience includes holding the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Micro Connect | 滴灌通 since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer at Dulwich College International from January 2021 to February 2022. From July 2018 to December 2020, they served as the Senior HRVP on the Divisional Management Board at Schaeffler in Germany. Before that, they held various HR positions at Schaeffler from May 2005 to June 2018, including HR Specialist, HR Manager, HR Director, and Senior HR Director for Greater China. Additionally, they worked as a Training Supervisor at Suzhou Filtronic Co.Ltd from August 2004 to May 2005 and as an HR Specialist at Suzhou Kingclean Group from March 2003 to July 2004.

Jason Shao holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Nanjing Agricultural University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Jason also has a Master's degree in EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), which they earned from 2015 to 2017.
