Grazielle Joyce Concepcion

Grazielle Joyce Concepcion began their work experience in 2005 at FandE as an IT Support Specialist, responsible for resolving hardware and software issues and providing prompt and accurate responses to user queries. In 2007, they joined MIC Global as an IT Support Officer, managing a team of administrative and technical staff. Grazielle Joyce 'sresponsibilities included user management, troubleshooting, maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security, and telecommunications. Grazielle Joyce later transitioned to the role of Global IT Operations Support Analyst and most recently, Information Technology Operations Analyst.

Grazielle Joyce Concepcion pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from 1999 to 2005 at the University of San Agustin.
