Irene Nduku has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Irene began their career at MIC Global as an Administrative Assistant and later transitioned into the role of an Account Executive. In this position, they managed, verified, and processed claims for clients, assessed customer satisfaction, and handled complaints. Irene then moved on to become a Business Development Specialist where they acquired new B2B and B2B2C partnerships, maintained and grew existing accounts, developed and innovated products, and negotiated partnerships with insurance companies. Their latest role at MIC Global was as an Account Manager, where they accomplished targets and increased revenue by 22% through skilled sales support for new and existing customers. Currently, Irene is working as a Key Account Manager at Inclusivity Solutions.
Irene Nduku's education history includes several qualifications in various fields. In 2003, they attended Muthale Girls High School and earned their Olevels degree. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the Management University of Africa (MUA). In 2016, Irene obtained a certificate in Insurance Proficiency from the College of Insurance-Kenya. During the same year, they also attended KCA University, where they studied Bcom-Marketing.
