Mark Longfield has 24+ years of experience in the IT consulting field. Mark began their career as a highly certified systems engineer at Switch Computers in 1994, where they worked their way up to become a bench and field technician. In 1997, they moved to Micro Business Systems as a field engineer, and after a few months, they took over the role of Service Manager. In 1999, they joined Micro Strategies Inc as the Director of Managed Infrastructure Services, where they lead and mentors other engineers in their team.

Mark Longfield attended Dover Business College. Mark also holds certifications in IBM Certified Specialist - PureFlex (obtained in October 2013), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (obtained in December 2010), Server Administrator (obtained in December 2010), Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration (obtained in December 2010), Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration (obtained in November 2010), System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008, Configuration (obtained in January 2010), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (obtained in December 2008), Windows Server Virtualization, Configuration (obtained in December 2008), and VMware Certified Professional VCP4.
