Robert Persaud has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT field. Robert began their career in 2009 as an IT Contractor for Siwel Consulting, providing contracted Help Desk support for Verizon. Robert then joined Verizon in 2011, where they held various roles, including MTS II - Tech Support (Tier 2), MTS II - Tech Support (Trainer), and MTS I - Tech Support. In 2018, they joined DLA Piper as an IT Learning Specialist, leading the Training Operations Department and providing onboarding, webinars, rollout, and ad hoc IT training to 3000+ employees. Robert also served as a Help Desk Analyst, helping employees utilize a broad range of technical applications by providing troubleshooting, instruction, and support. Currently, Robert is a System Engineer at Micro Strategies Inc.
Robert Persaud obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Trinity College of Florida between 2004 and 2008. Robert also obtained two certifications from iManage in October 2022, one as an Application Trainer and one as a Work Helpdesk Analyst. Prior to this, they attended Chamberlain Senior High School.
