Iqra Shahzad

Iqra Shahzad is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Team Lead at MicroAgility Services (Pvt) Ltd. since September 2021. Core responsibilities include team management, recruitment strategy development, performance management, training and development, resource allocation, process improvement, and providing leadership and mentorship.
