Rebecca Campbell has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and healthcare compliance. Rebecca is currently serving as the Director of Global Quality Assurance & Healthcare Compliance at Microban International since February 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (2017-2022) and Director of Global Quality Assurance (2014-2017) at the same company.
Before joining Microban International, Rebecca worked at Sterigenics, where they served as the Global Quality Assurance Director (2011-2014) and QA Manager (2008-2011). Rebecca also had a brief period of self-employment in 2008, working as a Pharmaceutical and Regulatory Consultant.
Rebecca's earlier experience includes roles at Leiner Health Products as a Director of Regulatory Compliance (2006-2008), Stability Manager (2001-2006), and Microbiologist (2000-2001). Rebecca also worked at Eagle Family Foods as a Quality Assurance Manager (1999-2000), Daymon Worldwide as a QA Tech/Microbiologist (1998-1999), and Baxter Healthcare as a Microbiologist (1996-1998).

Rebecca Campbell holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Rebecca also completed their undergraduate studies at Radford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
