Will Brown

Will Brown has a diverse work history in various managerial and leadership roles. Will began their career in the US Army as a Senior Gunner and eventually worked their way up to 1st Lieutenant, achieving notable successes in equipment readiness and emergency response planning. Transitioning to the civilian sector, Will held roles in operations management at Smiths Medical, Tegra Medical, and Honeywell, where they drove significant improvements in efficiency, on-time delivery, and process optimization. Their most recent position as Director of Manufacturing at PLZ Corp allowed him to lead multiple operational functions and strategic projects, culminating in their current role as Chief Operating Officer at Microbest, Inc.

Will Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice from East Tennessee State University from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they studied Criminal Justice at Southwest Virginia Community College from 1989 to 1990 but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their academic background, Will has received certifications including Lean Expert Certified, Honeywell Chairman's Award For Everyday Heroes, and Six Sigma Greenbelt from Honeywell.
