Ali Boone, RD, NTP has over 10 years of experience in the nutrition and wellness field. Ali has worked in various roles and capacities, beginning with a student volunteer role in 2010 at the Christina School District, Child Nutrition Services. In 2009, Ali was an intern at Nutrisystem in the Research and Development Department, where they developed and presented a layout and content proposal for a healthcare professional resources webpage. Ali also screened and recruited 88 participants for Nutrisystem's Clinical Weight Loss Trial. In 2010, Ali was an intern at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, where they worked closely with the project manager, government agencies, and community-based organizations as part of Get Healthy Philly, an initiative focusing on obesity prevention. From 2011 to 2013, Ali was a Registered Dietitian and Program Manager at FRAME. In 2016, they became the Owner and Registered Dietitian of Nourished Abundance. In 2017, they held two roles: Nutrition Expert at Nava Health & Vitality Center and Registered Dietitian at Health Builders. At Health Builders, they collaborated with lead Integrative Medicine Doctor and Chiropractor to offer comprehensive care to patients with severe autoimmune-related conditions, diabetes, PCOS, food sensitivities, Lyme's Disease, and anxiety disorders. Ali also provided one-on-one nutrition support and coaching to address hormone imbalance, emotional disturbances, gastrointestinal healing, meal planning, and goal setting. Ali currently works at Microbiome Labs as Manager of the Learning & Development Department and Regional Account Manager for International Sales, a position they have held since 2019.
Ali Boone, RD, NTP obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Delaware in 2011. In 2013, they obtained a Licensed Dietitian certification from the State of Virginia, as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Ali is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association.
