Sam Moltz

Research Clinician at Microbiome Labs

Sam Moltz has been in the medical field since 2005. Sam began their career as a Hospitalist at Rush University Medical Center, where they worked until 2007. Sam then moved to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where they worked as a Teaching Attending until 2011. Sam then transitioned to Comprehensive Internal Medicine, where they worked as a Physician-Integrative Medicine. In this role, they focused on safely incorporating natural treatment modalities to achieve optimal wellness and was aware of the benefits and shortcomings of prescription medications to develop a safe, comprehensive treatment plan. In 2020, Sam Moltz began working at Microbiome Labs as a Research Clinician.

Sam Moltz completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998. Sam then went on to earn their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 2002. Following this, they completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center in 2005.
