Kathleen Lendvay

Kathleen Lendvay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathleen is currently the Co-founder, President, and COO of Tend, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, Kathleen served as an Advisory Board Member for Cauze starting in January 2019. From May 2019 to October 2020, they worked at The Valtas Group in an Interim Leadership and Consulting role. In February 2020, Kathleen was the Interim CEO of FIRST Washington, a position they held until July 2020. In 2019, they also served as the Interim Executive Director/CEO of VitalTalk from June to December.

Before these roles, Kathleen served on the Board of Directors (including as President from September 2016) at WithinReach, an organization that connects Washington families with healthcare resources, from 2013 to July 2019. From December 2014 to April 2019, they were the Director of Operations at Splash International, where they played a pivotal role in scaling up the organization and securing significant grants.

Kathleen's earlier experience includes 8 years at Point B, where they held various roles, including Senior Associate, Account Manager, and Operations Director. Kathleen worked in client-facing consulting, account management, and internal operations/HR positions, primarily focusing on program management, product marketing, process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational effectiveness.

In addition, Kathleen briefly worked as a self-employed Product Manager & Consultant at Telecommunication Systems Inc. from August 2005 to May 2006. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Relationships at Knowlagent (now Intradiem) from March 2003 to August 2005.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has showcased their expertise in leadership, consulting, operations management, and strategic planning.

Kathleen Lendvay obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics, Political Science, and Russian from Rice University. Kathleen pursued their education at the university from 1992 to 1996.
