Carolyn Batyske has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to the present. In 2011, they were a Major League Soccer Professional Dancer for Chivas USA. From 2011 to 2015, they worked for FIJI Water (JUSTIN Vineyards and Winery, Landmark Vineyards) in various roles, including Assistant Master Planner, Assistant Master Planner, and Consumer Affairs Representative. In 2015, they were Supply Chain Planning Manager at Beyond Meat. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Supply Chain Consultant. From 2017 to 2018, they were Director of Supply Chain Operations (Little Duck Organics and Brad's Plant Based). Since 2018, they have been Co-Founder and President/COO at Tiny Organics. In all of their roles, they have managed the network of co-manufacturers and suppliers, negotiated terms, monitored quality of service, and communicated forecasts and long-term needs.

Carolyn Batyske holds a B.S. in Economics/Mathematics from the University of Southern California. Carolyn also has a certification from the Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University for Good Manufacturing Practices, which they obtained in April 2021.
