Kévin Vervier

Kévin Vervier has worked in various roles since 2011. Kévin began their career as a Thèsard (biostatistique) at bioMerieux in 2011. In 2015, they joined the University of Iowa as a Post-Doc in the Department of Psychiatry, where they conducted research on genomics for Autism and Bipolar Disorder, as well as integrating large datasets for Machine Learning applications. In 2018, they moved to the Wellcome Sanger Institute as a Senior Staff Scientist. In 2019, they became a Principal Data Scientist at Microbiotica. Kévin is currently a Senior Principal Data Scientist at Novartis, a position they have held since 2022.

Kévin Vervier obtained a Doctorat de philosophie in Bioinformatique from Mines Paris between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed an M2 in Statistiques Informatique et Techniques Numériques from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they have been certified as a Verified Peer Reviewer by Publons.
