Ryan Murnane

Ryan studied Biology at the University of California Santa Barbara where he became fascinated with plants as well as the power of microorganisms. He worked with DNA and mammalian cell culture while in the cancer research laboratories at the University of California San Francisco; he also gained experience with bacteria while coaxing them to produce protein therapeutics. He now works in strain engineering at Microbyre where he enjoys getting to know bacteria better by working with their DNA.
