Mari Valenzuela

Mari Valenzuela is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in technology and business contracts. Currently serving as General Counsel and previously as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Microchip Technology Inc. since April 2016, Mari has played a key role in managing transactions and supporting mergers and acquisitions, including significant integrations following the acquisitions of Atmel and Microsemi.
