William Beane

William L. Beane serves as the Operations Manager at Microf since July 2018, where William oversees all company operations, focusing on risk management, collections, customer service, and originations. Prior to Microf, William held the position of Claims Care Center Supervisor at Lincoln Financial Group, enhancing team performance and developing career paths for over 100 associates. At LeasePlan USA, William managed the FleetDesk team, while at The Hanover Insurance Group, William supervised a team of insurance service professionals. Earlier experience at Bank of America included roles as SVP of Customer Marketing and Team Manager, where William drove sales performance and managed customer service operations. William began a career at Cigna as a Customer Service Specialist. Education was obtained at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
