Nita Balmohan Rajesh

Nita Balmohan Rajesh has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Nita is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Microland Limited. Prior to this, they were involved in the field of education as an Educator Council & Advisor at The Wonder Girls Student Leaders Fellowship, where they played a crucial role in understanding the needs of girls and creating opportunities for their long-term development. Nita has also served as a Visiting Faculty Member at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. Their experience at Oracle includes roles as the Director of Candidate Experience and Principal Program Manager, where they led teams globally and helped enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience. Nita has also held HR leadership positions at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre and Tesco Bengaluru, where they worked on organizational development and talent management. Nita's earlier experiences include roles in HR analytics at iGATE Global Solutions, operations at Gyan Foundation, and consulting at Ernst & Young. Nita began their career as a management trainee at Novartis.

- From 1998 to 2001, they attended St. Xavier's College, where they completed Junior College and FYBA (First Year of Bachelor of Arts) in the field of Arts, with a concentration on Economics, Sociology, and Psychology.
