Ramesh N.g

Ramesh N.G has extensive experience in the field of network and cyber security. Ramesh is currently serving as the Sr. Director - Network & Cyber Security at Microland Limited, where they are responsible for developing network and network security services for Smart Branch solutions. Ramesh also takes charge of platform building and enhancement to lead network services with a Platform-First approach.

Prior to their current role, Ramesh held various positions at Wipro Limited, starting as a Senior Practice Manager and eventually becoming a Distinguished Member Of Technical Staff and Director. During their tenure at Wipro, they headed the Practice for Emerging Networking and the Software Defined Networking practice globally. Ramesh led teams of solution architects and networking professionals and was responsible for creating and enabling vertical specific solutions for customers.

Before joining Wipro, Ramesh worked at Mashreqbank as a Network Consultant, providing support and solutions for networking projects. Ramesh also worked at Huawei as a Product Manager, assisting the sales and post-sales teams. Additionally, Ramesh served as a Sr. Network Engineer at Spanco Telesystems and as a Sr. Customer Engineer at HCL Infosystems Ltd, where they supported customer systems and networks and provided solutions.

Ramesh N.G completed their secondary education in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from the Kerala Government, which took place from 1985 to 1995. Ramesh then pursued H.S.C with a focus on Physics and Mathematics from Calicut University in Kerala from 1995 to 1997. Afterward, they attended the Board of Technical Examination in Kerala and obtained a diploma degree in Electrical Engineering from 1997 to 2000. In addition, Ramesh N.G has received several industry certifications, including Mirantis Certified Administrator for Openstack - Professional Level from Mirantis in June 2015, Redhat Certified System Administrator in Redhat Openstack from Red Hat in April 2015, VMware Technical Sales Professional - Network Virtualization, NSX from VMware in February 2015, VMware Sales Professional - Network Virtualization NSX from VMware in October 2014, and Silver IPv6 Engineer from IPv6 Forum in March 2013.
