Maxim Esin

Maxim Esin is an experienced software development professional currently serving as the Development Team Lead for Micromine Nexus at Micromine since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing day-to-day development activities and supporting DevOps initiatives. Prior to this role, Maxim held a position as a Software Developer at Micromine, focusing on scripting and automation solutions for the mining industry. Earlier experience includes work as a Consultant and Data Analyst at Nielsen, providing analytical support on retail audit data, and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Western Australia, where algorithm implementation and mathematical modeling were key responsibilities. Maxim holds a PhD in Engineering from The University of Western Australia and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
