July Phoo

July Phoo has worked in various roles throughout their career. July started as a Warehouse Incharge & Accountant at iQ Vision Eye Care Center in 2008, where they handled overall stores activities and was in charge of materials inspection and warehousing. July then worked as a Station Shift Leader at Max Energy (Myanmar) from 2011 to 2014, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations, ordering, scheduling, and inventory management. July then joined Horizon Telecom International Co., Ltd as an Operations Manager from 2014 to 2016, where they were in charge of delivering high standards of service to customers and managing call center operations. Since September 2016, they have been working as a Regional Operations Director at Micromoney International.

July Phoo's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Taung Guu University. They completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Myanmar in 2008. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Strategic Management from Strategy First Institute. In 2014, July Phoo enrolled in WISE College and Co-Operative University, Ministry of Co-Operatives, where they completed a Higher Diploma of Business Management in 2015, specializing in Business Administration and Management. They further pursued their education at SBS Swiss Business School, starting in 2020, and are currently pursuing a Global MBA degree focusing on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certificate from Data Land Technology in Web Development Foundation, covering HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
