Mark Prausnitz

Mark Prausnitz has a strong background in biomedical engineering and entrepreneurship. Mark has founded multiple companies, including Vimela Therapeutics, Aldena Therapeutics, Microstar Biotech, Micron Biomedical Inc., Clearside Biomedical, Microneedle Systems, and Redeon. Mark also worked as a Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Micron Biomedical Inc. In addition, Mark Prausnitz has held academic positions at Emory University School of Medicine and Georgia Institute of Technology. Mark has significant experience in the field and has made valuable contributions to drug delivery and technology development.

Mark Prausnitz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Stanford University from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.
