Gurpreet Anand

Gurpreet Anand serves as the Vice President of Data Center SSD Firmware Engineering at Micron Technology, overseeing enterprise SSD firmware engineering and product development across six sites. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of 3DXP Systems and Solutions Engineering at Micron, where Gurpreet built the organization post-SCUTI acquisition, and Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at SCUTI AI, which developed advanced NVM storage technology before its acquisition by Micron. At SanDisk, Gurpreet was instrumental in transforming the company into an enterprise systems provider, while earlier roles at PMC-Sierra, LSI Logic, IBM Research, and DCM Data Systems focused on software development and storage solutions. Gurpreet holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College and is pursuing Program Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
