Joan Bivens

Joan Bivens is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Regional Director for Talent Acquisition at Micron Technology, focusing on North America, Mexico, and EMEA since February 2022. Prior roles include Head of US Talent Acquisition (Interim) at ASML, Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Rambus, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader at Facebook. Joan has also held leadership positions at NetApp, Walmart Global eCommerce, and Google. Education includes participation in the CHRO Program at The Wharton School, and ongoing studies in Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Science in Law at Peninsula University.
