Michelle Burks-Haylett

Michelle Burks-Haylett has a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, with extensive experience at Micron Technology from January 1994 to January 2020. As Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition Central Team, Michelle led initiatives in Global Mobility, Talent Branding, and the Extended Workforce Program, aligning TA programs with corporate goals. Prior roles at Micron included Director of the Global Extended Workforce Program and Director of North America & EMEA Talent Acquisition, where Michelle was instrumental in developing recruitment strategies. Following tenure at Micron, Michelle served as VP of Strategic Initiatives for Autovol and The Pacific Companies, focusing on solutions for the affordable housing crisis. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources focus from Boise State University and additional education in HR Management from the University of Idaho.
