Dr. Roa is advising Micronic on branding and communications strategies. An internationally accredited business communicator (ABC) and certified development project manager (CDPM®), Dr. Donna Vincent Roa is the author of numerous articles and four books including The Value of Water: A Compendium of Essays by Smart CEOs.
As Project Director, Donna leads USAID's Partnerships Incubator, a $14M global service hub set up to expand the USAID's capacity for partnerships, diversify and strengthen its partner base, and help partner organizations on their readiness to work with the agency.
She previously served as Chief of Party of the award-winning Securing Water for Food Technical Assistance Facility where she catalyzed social impact entrepreneurship in the water-agriculture nexus. Donna has led the branding/rebranding of five international organizations and has served as EPA’s Office of Research Public Affairs Director and Director of Science Communication, Environment
Commissioner for the City of Rockville, and a social scientist with the U.S. Information Agency.
