Janette Kennedy

Janette Kennedy has a long history of work experience, beginning with their role as Executive Assistant at ICG in 2009. Janette then moved to Arch Coal, Inc. in 2011, where they held two roles: Environmental Engineering and Technical Services Admin. and Senior Sales Accounting Administrator. In 2014, they began working for J Kennedy, LTD as a Consultant, and in 2015, they joined Micronic Technologies as R & D Program/Grants Manager and Senior Manager. Finally, in 2018, they became Government Liaison at Carbon Research and Development Corp. and in 2019, they were appointed President of Jack Kennedy, LTD.

Janette Kennedy has a Master's degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Janette also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Strayer University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Janette has obtained several certifications, including Human Resources: Payroll from LinkedIn in July 2018, QuickBooks Payroll Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2018, Business Development Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2018, Developing a Competitive Strategy from LinkedIn in January 2018, and Forward Wise County Leadership Program from the WISE COUNTY VIRGINIA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in March 2016.
