Deena Thomchick

Deena Thomchick has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Deena is currently the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at Microsec.ai Security, where they focus on developing cloud-native application protection platforms. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Product Marketing at Axis Security, where they contributed to the development of marketing strategies.

Deena also held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Elastica, a company acquired by Symantec. In this role, they focused on product management for cloud access security, data loss prevention, and integrated security products.

Before Elastica, Deena served as the Director of Product Marketing at Fortinet and as a Product Marketing Consultant at Juniper Networks, where they played a crucial role in shaping the messaging and go-to-market strategies for their firewall products.

Deena has also worked at Symantec as the Director of Product Marketing, overseeing go-to-market planning and execution for new technologies. Additionally, Deena has experience running their own consulting firm, Thomchick, LLC, where they provided strategic positioning and marketing tactics for clients such as VeriSign and Symantec.

Throughout their career, Deena has demonstrated expertise in product marketing, customer engagement, and developing strategic messaging and content. Deena has received multiple awards for their excellence in the field and has contributed significantly to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Deena Thomchick completed their education in the field of International Business. From 2001 to 2004, they attended European-University Viadrina, where they pursued a degree in International Business Administration. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, they continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School, where they obtained a degree in HA IB, specializing in International Business.
