Mike Bondi is currently the Director of Human Resources at Microsemi Corporation, where Mike provides strategic and tactical HR leadership for multiple US offices and oversees teams in India, Israel, and Canada. With over two decades of experience in HR roles at companies such as Toshiba America Medical Systems, NewPort Communications/Broadcom Corporation, and Conexant, Bondi has a solid background in HR management, staffing, and employee relations. Bondi holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan and California State University-Long Beach.
