Pat Caldwell

Pat Caldwell is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Service Manager and previously as a Sr. Field IT Manager at Microsoft since July 2002, Pat oversees IT services and support for Microsoft offices in the southeastern United States, playing a crucial role in local monitoring and optimization. Prior experience includes a tenure as IT Manager at Navision Software from December 1992 to July 2002, where responsibilities included managing IT staff and developing strategic IT directives, as well as overseeing departmental budgets. Earlier, Pat worked as an IE Systems Engineer at Shaw Industries from June 1989 to December 1992, managing systems engineering staff and coordinating projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. Pat holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
