Puishing Lee

PuiShing LEE is an experienced data and analytics professional currently serving as a Founding Fellow at the Data Literacy Association since January 2023, alongside a position in Data & AI at Microsoft. Previously, PuiShing held the role of Chief Data Officer at Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, where responsibilities included shaping data strategy and implementing data governance frameworks. PuiShing’s career encompasses leadership positions in data governance and enterprise data management at organizations such as Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and IHS Markit, along with experience in technical service and IT consulting. PuiShing holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Internet Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Certificate in FinTech from The University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Finance from City University of Hong Kong.
