Shilpa Ranganathan

Shilpa Ranganathan is the CVP of Mobile & Cross Device Experiences at Microsoft. Shilpa has over 15 years of experience in product and program management. Prior to joining Microsoft, they were the Director of Program Management at Expedia Inc., where they were part of the team that created and sustained Expedia's Private Label Platform of 500+ partners worldwide. Before that, they were Lead Program Manager at Aditi Technologies, where they managed an outsourced project for a client (Tennessee Pacific) to provide a Digital Rights Management (DRM) software solution. Shilpa started their career as a Program Manager at Talisma Corporation, where they were responsible for the feature design & deployment of multiple product suites, including Talisma Chat, which won the Product of the Year Award in 2003.

Shilpa Ranganathan completed their B.E in Electrical & Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
