Bichlien Nguyen

Bichlien Nguyen is a seasoned professional in program and software management with extensive experience in leading complex projects and teams across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Micross Components since October 2025, Nguyen previously held roles at Mercury Systems and Sierra Nevada Corporation, overseeing the development of Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) systems. With a robust foundation in software engineering, including previous positions at Harris Corporation, Exelis, and BAE Systems, Nguyen demonstrates expertise in project management, technical performance, and cross-functional team leadership. Nguyen holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
