Russell Bush is an experienced engineer and operations director with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineer, Failure Analysis, and Reliability Engineer at Micross Components since November 2011, Russell manages ESD programs and is working toward ANSI/ESD S20 certification for the Orlando location. With a longstanding involvement in motorsports, Russell is also the driver of the #8 MiniCup Race Car and achieved Track Champion status at Auburndale Speedway in 2015.
