Russell Bush is an experienced engineer and operations director with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineer, Failure Analysis, and Reliability Engineer at Micross Components since November 2011, Russell manages ESD programs and is working toward ANSI/ESD S20 certification for the Orlando location. With a longstanding involvement in motorsports, Russell is also the driver of the #8 MiniCup Race Car and achieved Track Champion status at Auburndale Speedway in 2015. Previous roles include Quality and Reliability Engineer at Chip Supply, Project Engineer and Quality Engineer across various projects, and Director of Operations at River of Life Church, where Russell implemented growth strategies and managed a significant budget. Russell also held volunteer leadership positions, enhancing church outreach and community engagement. Education includes a BSET in Electronic Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an A.S. in Electronics from Indian River State College.
