Noella Fondeh

Noella Fondeh is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and program management. Currently serving as an Internship Trainee at microStart since May 2023, Noella previously held the position of Credit Support Officer at Victoria Cooperative Custom Credit Union, where responsibilities included analyzing financial data to determine loan feasibility and monitoring accounts for fraud. Noella's volunteer experience at Gateway Africa involved managing program activities and supporting volunteer development, while prior roles included overseeing cash management operations as a Cash Management Officer at Presbyterian Health Complex and providing administrative support at UNICS PLC. Noella is pursuing a Master's degree in Microfinance at Université libre de Bruxelles, following earlier degrees in Administration and Management of Enterprises and Money and Banking from University of Yaounde II Soa.
