Tiphaine Gire

Tiphaine Gire is a seasoned development manager with extensive experience in project coordination and consulting within the fields of sustainable energy and humanitarian assistance. Currently serving as the Development Manager at microStart since June 2020, Tiphaine has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Development and Marketing and Project Development Manager. Previously, Tiphaine worked as a Project Consultant for ANKA Madagascar, focusing on rural electrification and sustainable energy solutions. Additional experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Project Consultant at Welthungerhilfe, Programme Officer at the World Food Programme, and Coordination Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Strategic Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and degrees in Management Science and Economics and Social Sciences from other renowned French universities.
