Rosa Brine

Rosa Brine is currently serving as Principal Senior Counsel at MicroStrategy since September 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Counsel at Polsinelli from April 2016 to August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Commercial Lending and Capital Markets at Polsinelli, and an Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP and Ford Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser LLP. Rosa has also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. William Nooter and the Hon. Noel Johnson at the DC Superior Court and completed a Summer Associate position at American Stock Transfer & Trust Co LLC. Additional experience includes a Legal Internship with the U.S. Department of Justice and serving as a Corporate Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Rosa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Relations from Pace University, as well as international study in Turkey focused on International Business Transactions and Rule of Law.
