Hadewij Ruth van der Kooij

Hadewij Ruth van der Kooij has over 13 years of work experience in the HR field. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an HR Assistant at Colt Telecom, where they were responsible for providing mutaties for the salary administration, preparing employment contracts, processing leave requests, managing the sick leave administration, and organizing introduction days for new employees. Hadewij Ruth was also responsible for providing the necessary visas, legalizations, and documentations for business trips to the office in India. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as an HR Advisor at FD Mediagroep, where they were responsible for the salary administration of three B.V.s. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an HR Manager at Atriensis. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an HR Manager at Shapeways, where they were responsible for harmonizing the Dutch HR policy with New York (headquarters), promoting a culture of change (high performance culture), sharpening the performance management and absenteeism policy, and engaging and binding employees (increasing engagement) in collaboration with the Plant Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an HR Manager at Center Parcs. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Heliox Automotive bv, where they were responsible for scaling up, acting as an HRBP for (international) Sales, Marketing, Services, and Research & Development, developing company policies, coaching and coordinating HR support, setting up and implementing the Performance Cycle, and leading the core values & harmonization workgroup for (inter)national locations (one culture). Currently, they are an HR Manager at Microsure.

Hadewij Ruth van der Kooij began their educational career in 1999 when they attended HBO University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism in 2002. Hadewij Ruth then attended the University of Amsterdam from 2006 to 2008, studying Law. Finally, in 2011, they attended NEMAS Personeelsmanagement.
