Jens Hokamp

Jens Hokamp has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jens is currently working as a Senior Integration & Verification Engineer at Microsure since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Philips from 2015 to 2023, where they held multiple positions including System Architect and Sub-Grouplead T&V, contributing to the development and improvement of test equipment design processes and measurement methods. Jens also worked as a Function Developer for Test and Verification, where they planned and executed testing processes for medical devices. Before joining Philips, Jens worked at Mediseal GmbH as a System Engineer and Mechatronics Engineer, focusing on planning and designing systems for the pharmaceutical industry. Jens also has experience working as a Civil Servant at AURA-Zentrum. Overall, Jens Hokamp has a strong background in integration and verification engineering, system architecture, and product development.

Jens Hokamp completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechatronic, Industrial automation and robotic from Leibniz Universität Hannover, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechatronics, Precision mechanical manufacturing from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications, including Design Control Requirements and Industry Practice from AAMI in February 2018, Chinese HSK 3 from Hanban in November 2017, Design for Reliability Foundation in January 2017, and KUKA Fundamentals of Robot Programming Certificate from KUKA Robotics in June 2012.
