Deepti Pandey is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a solid background in end-to-end recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Microtek International Pvt Ltd since July 2021, Deepti previously held the same title at SIT Holidays Pvt Ltd from January 2018 to December 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Specialist at Talent Hunt Consultancy from January 2015 to December 2017 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. from August 2006 to January 2010. Deepti holds a Strategic Human Resource Certificate from IIM Vishakhapatnam and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Lucknow.
