Fanny Villiers has held several positions in various companies. In 2013, they were a Project Manager at GROUPE SOS. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Operations Director and Project Manager at Fondeadora, where they developed coaching methodology for creative crowdfunding campaigns and led +3,000 projects to raise +$100M mxn. Additionally, they negotiated +10 strategic partnerships with private and public sectors. In 2016, they became the CEO and Founder of Donadora, the #1 social crowdfunding platform in Mexico and a proud B Corp. Fanny designed and executed a strategic annual growth plans to boost Donadora’s KPIs. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and COO of microTERRA. In 2021, they became a Fellow at The Women's Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship) and a SkyBlue Fellow at Common Purpose.
Fanny Villiers completed their Master of Science in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship from emlyon business school between 2010 and 2014. Fanny then attended Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2014. Before that, they attended Classe préparatoire ECS - Lycée Saint Jean de Passy, Paris from 2008 to 2010, studying Économique et Commerciale, option Scientifique.
