Rosy Espiricueta

Rosy is an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the chemistry and food industry.

She is a Nanotechnology and Chemical Sciences Engineer, winner of the National Award in Food Science and Technology, and recently named one of 30 inspiring Mexican women who dedicate their lives to science and technology.
