Spencer Bailey

Spencer Bailey's work experience includes serving as the VP Market Access & Reimbursement at MicroTransponder since January 2021. In this role, they are responsible for the development and implementation of the Paired Vagus Nerve Stimulation System for treating neurological conditions.

Prior to this, Spencer worked as a Director of Reimbursement and Health Economics at a Medical Device Reimbursement and Market Access Consultant from January 2016 to November 2020. Spencer also served as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs and Reimbursement at AgNovos Healthcare from September 2013 to January 2016.

Before that, Spencer held positions at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Manager - National Revenue Cycle from January 2011 to September 2013, at Apex Healthcare Advisory Group as a Founding Partner from January 2010 to December 2012, at Ernst & Young in Health Science Advisory Services from June 2006 to December 2009, and at The University of Vermont Medical Center as a Senior Analyst from May 2005 to June 2006.

Spencer Bailey completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting at the University of Vermont from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Finance, General at the same university from 2004 to 2005. In 2010, Spencer obtained the CPC certification from the AAPC.
