Jessica Smith, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an HR leader with a proven track record in employee relations and HR strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Microvast, they have previously held roles including HR Manager at the same company and HR Coordinator at Owens & Minor.
