Kristin Machacek Leary

Kristin Machacek Leary is the current Chief People Officer at MicroVention. Kristin has held this position since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at EDF Renewables North America from January 2020 to October 2021. Kristin also worked with leaders and employees at all levels to transform and create high-performing cultures with highly engaged employees.
