Ron Ruppersburg

Ron Ruppersburg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the microwave industry. Currently serving as President at Microwave Products Group, a Dover Company, since February 2020, Ron previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Dow-Key Microwave & Pole/Zero Corporation from August 2019 to February 2020. Earlier, Ron contributed to Pole/Zero Corporation as Vice President & General Manager from April 2011 to February 2020, focusing on product line improvement, innovation management, strategic planning, and business development. Ron Ruppersburg holds an MBA in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
